The Romanticism

Spring term 2021 introduces national romanticism in Finnish design. The mystical themes of nature from the beginning of the 20th century are awakened as wonderful products in our workshops. The term encourages us towards experimental design combining styles and materials. We get to know Eliel Saarinen and his production, learn to mix colors, understand differences between minimalism and decorative design. National romanticism emphasizes the relationship of our own identity to nature.
